    We believe in honest pricing and will always state what is included in your holiday when you make a booking. No surprises!
    Our personal holiday planning service is completely FREE!

    You will be required to pay a deposit or make full payment at the time of booking. Where you only pay a deposit, you must pay the full balance by the balance due date notified to you on your booking confirmation.
    Please contact your personal travel expert and payments can be made by debit or credit card.

    If you wish to make a payment by bank transfer, please contact us for details.

    You will receive an instant confirmation to your inbox once your holiday is booked. Further email including your confirmations, invoices and payment receipts will be sent to you within 48 hours. Travel documents are usually ready for dispatch to you at least 7 – 10 days before departure.
    We will always provide you with an emergency number to contact should you have any queries whilst away and we will be in touch to see how your holiday went.
